Academy Director Oliver schulze

Oliver grew up in Hamburg, Germany, has played football all his life and was fortunate to be exposed to coaches like German Legend Uwe Seeler which helped him develop his passion in coaching as a teenager. Moving to Australia in 1986 as a 22 year old he continued his ambition in becoming an elite coach. Understanding the importance in having an open mind and "that you never stop learning" he engaged in various junior coaching roles at grass routes level which lead him to assignments as head coach for Football Federation Australia delivering programs to over 40 primary and secondary schools around Melbourne. He has also worked for Football Federation Victoria being part of Melbourne Victory 5 a side school gala day and V-Elite programs. Three years ago he started his dream in coaching football full time and established Bayside Football Academy. In those three years the Academy has grown from 20 players and 1 coach to 200 players, 6 coaches, contracts with over 20 schools and 2 councils delivering it's programs.
